Who we are

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use your details (name, contact details and your message) to answer your question. The WhatsApp button on the site opens WhatsApp; the conversation then continues in WhatsApp itself.

Reservations and deposits

You reserve with the restaurant itself. No reservations or orders are concluded through this website.

If we ask for a deposit with a reservation, we send you a personal payment link by email or WhatsApp. For that we process your name, email address or phone number, and the date and number of guests of the reservation. The payment itself runs on the payment page of Rabobank (Rabo Smart Pay). We receive a confirmation of the payment (amount, status and time), but never your bank or credit card details.

We keep payment records for as long as the tax retention obligation requires, which is seven years in the Netherlands.

Visitor statistics and technical data

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used: which pages are viewed, on which device, how visitors find us and how often our email, phone and WhatsApp links are clicked. Google may place cookies for this.

We use Sentry for error monitoring. When a technical error occurs, data such as your browser, the page and the error message is passed on.

The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may place cookies.

Retention

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or than the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email info@fifteenhospitality.com to do so. If you have a complaint, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
